You can possibly use the same printer again if you try troubleshooting the printer issue and thereby commence printing. The issues can be easily resolved once you know how. If the printer does not have power indicator, ensure that the printer is on. Check if it has some light or LED indicating it’s receiving power. Check the power and data cable connections. If the printer still does not display a power status indicator light, it denotes that you have a printer issue that requires repair or replacement. If the printer goes offline unexpectedly, it is recommended to try resetting the printer and then check the connection status. If there are no papers in your printer, it may not print. Check if you have paper loaded into the tray. If you have a problem with the printhead, you can initially try cleaning it. Ensure that there is no jammed or partially fed paper in the paper tray.
