HMD global have stepped up their game by launching the Nokia 2.1, 3.1 and 5.1 smartphones which come with taller 18:9 displays. Roland Quandt has tweeted about the Nokia mobile which is scheduled to be released on November 2018. Nokia is currently working on the phone codenamed phoenix which is powered by the snapdragon 710 processor. He also added that Google is working on a new smartphone codenamed Bonito which is rumored to be launched in early 2019.
The Snapdragon 710 processor is designed with a multicore artificial intelligence engine which delivers two times faster performance than the previous version. The 710 processor is powered by a powerful Kryo CPU which has independent power clusters which enhances the user experience by performing tasks quickly. The processor comes with the adreno 616 GPU which offers enhanced gaming experience by supporting latest graphic APIs. Snapdragon 710 processor is manufactured using the 10nm technology which is more efficient and 20 percent faster than the Snapdragon 660 processor. It features 4K HDR playback along with cutting edge features which include Wi-Fi technology, bluetooth 5 and Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo Plus. Sources say that the Nokia 9 and Nokia 8 are scheduled to be launched in August or September of 2018. The Nokia 9 and 8 will come with the snapdragon 845 processor. They come with in-display finger-print sensor for added security.
